He is an MBA from AMU, Aligarh(1985) and worked for 20 years as Regional Head with Punjab Financial Corporation( State Level Financial Institution). Has travelled to Japan, Taiwan, UK, Singapore, Iran, China, Middle East and many other destinations on business and study tours. Besides business, he has got passion to ...interact with students and is often invited by various prestigious institutes, universities and corporate for delivering guest lectures. Always keep updated and take part in high end management training workshops and seminars.

Managing own training institute in the name of “ School of Mentorship & Life Skills " Jalandhar, Punjab providing different courses of E-Commerce, Management, skill development for employability and coaching for Civil Services and other competitive exams.

He is also Mentor on Road - Punjab Chapter. The organization mentor the rural enterprise​s, start ups & Micro, small, medium enterprises in India & across 20 countries. The rural enterprise, start ups & Micro Small and Medium enterprises face a lot of challenges on a day to day basis in various functional areas of business such as Marketing, Finance, Production, IPR, innovation, R&D and HR. Through Mentor-On-Road we provide advisory to the SME's, rural enterprises & start ups on these functional areas to resolve their pain points, like a doctor in a clinic :)

As President of Jalandhar Management Association( Local Chapter of AIMA, New Delhi), conducting several management development programs and organizing multiple events as part of promoting Industry Institute partnership.
